In short
The site gives general information and takes funding requests; it makes no offer of credit.
Using this site
This site explains business funding options for businesses in Ottumwa, IA and Wapello County, and it lets a business send a funding request. Its pages are general information, not financial, legal or tax advice.
Information, not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a commitment to fund. Worked examples use invented figures. Any offer comes from a funding partner after its own review.
